ARRIVAL OF TUESDAY ': arrivals for Tuesday '/ Tuesday’ apply the same quota of Saturday / Saturday before. For subj. Tuesday / Tuesday, including the week 14-8-21.8 supplemento € 80 per week per apartment

Additional costs:

• Price for services required: 40 Euro per person per week, inclusive of bed linen and towels changed weekly and energy consumption; children up to 3 years are excluded (without allocation of underwear).
• Final Cleaning: 53 Euro for Bilo and 60 Euro Trilo (kitchenette excluded, otherwise additional charge of € 30).

Facoltattherein:

• Cradle: 35 Euros per week (free if brought by the Guest).
• Extra Bed: 45Euros week.
• Animals: Allowed only in the range 2, Small size, please advice in advance: supplemento € 35 a week.
• Air Conditioning (optional) if booked and subject to availability: 40 Euros per week.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

How to cancel

The reservation may be canceled by Fax or E-Mail.

Penalties:

30% of the total amount if carried out within 30 days from the date of arrival;

50% of the total amount must be made between 29 days to 15 days before the date of arrival at the hotel;

70% of the total amount if carried out from 14 days to 4 days before the date of arrival at the hotel;

After that period, the 100% of the total amount.

In any case of cancellation and refund will be retained for a minimum amount of € 50 for practical work.

The reservation it can be cancelled by mail or fax.

The notice to leave of the room involves penal following:

30% of the total amount if carried out within 30 days from the date of arrival,

50% of the total amount if carried out between 29 days and 15 days from the arrival date,

70% of the total amount if carried out between 14 days and 4 days from the arrival date,

100% of the total amount in case of lacked arrival or lacked notice to leave within 3 days from the the arrival date.

In any case of cancellation or refund will be deducted a minimum of € 50 for booking and administrative practice.
